Lockheed Martin has partnered with Exostar to provide greater security and a simplified process for non-Lockheed Martin suppliers, partners and customers needing access to Lockheed Martin external-facing systems such as LM Procure to Pay (LMP2P) and OneAero.

To gain access to these systems a company profile and specific user account(s) must first be established with Exostar using their Managed Access Gateway (MAG). MAG then handles authentication of established users and vendor profile management. Together, these services provide controlled access to the Lockheed Martin systems via a single sign-on process. REACH - Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals

Background
The European Union Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) entered into force on June 1, 2007, and was enabled in 2008 with the establishment of the European Chemicals Agency in Helsinki, Finland. The regulation aims to better protect human health and the environment by ensuring the risks associated with chemicals are measured and understood. REACH calls for registration of chemicals above specific thresholds that are imported and/or manufactured within the European Union (EU), chemical disclosure requirements for articles that are imported and/or manufactured within the EU, and the complete restriction of some chemicals from the EU altogether.

Compliance
Lockheed Martin considers REACH to be an important environmental law. As Lockheed Martin’s manufacturing and development are primarily based in the United States, most of our products are not legally covered by the laws and regulations of European countries. However, for all of our exports that are intended for use within a REACH-enforced country, as well as for the Lockheed Martin entities located within the EU, we have a comprehensive REACH structure in place that assesses mandatory REACH requirements to ensure compliance with the law.

Lockheed Martin has established a Corporate REACH Program Office within its Global Supply Chain Operations organization that is fully conversant with the requirements of REACH and is leading a corporate-wide implementation structure to ensure compliance throughout the Corporation and within our supply chain.

Lockheed Martin has been actively participating in the development of the global aerospace industry understanding of the REACH regulation through engagement with the Aerospace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD), the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), and the Aerospace, Defence, and Security Group Limited (A|D|S), as well as numerous UK government forums. Lockheed Martin has also provided subject matter experts to both the A|D|S and AIA REACH supplier training sessions, and continues to educate and inform our supply chain to ensure both REACH compliance and a continued supply of materials.

At this time, Lockheed Martin does not foresee any product discontinuation or supply chain disruption as a result of REACH.
